DRIVER SET-UP: (for right-handers) (1.) Place about 60% of your weight on your right side. (2.) Tilt the shoulders slightly to the right with head behind the ball. (3.) The club-shaft and arm should form a straight line between your left shoulder and the clubhead. (4.) Play the ball off your left heel. (4.) Keep the club's handle behind the ball at address. (5.) Start the club back with your shoulders maintaining the triangle formed with your arms and club. (6.) Do not overswing.
Remember the longer the shaft is, the faster the clubhead speed is, so let the club do the work without trying to "kill" the ball.
